The BEBJ1A05002 Electronic Unit Injector operates through an electronically controlled solenoid valve integrated into the injector body. Working Process Stage 1 – Fuel Supply Low-pressure fuel is delivered from the fuel supply pump into the injector fuel gallery. Stage 2 – Electronic Control The Engine Control Unit (ECU) sends an electrical signal to the injector solenoid. Stage 3 – Pressure Generation The camshaft mechanically actuates the injector plunger, creating extremely high fuel pressure. Stage 4 – Fuel Injection Fuel is atomized through precision nozzle holes and injected into the combustion chamber. Stage 5 – Combustion The atomized fuel mixes with compressed air, creating efficient combustion and power generation. Stage 6 – Injection End The ECU cuts the signal, stopping injection precisely.
