The BEBJ1A00201 fuel injector functions as a precision fuel metering device within the common rail diesel fuel system. Step 1 Fuel is compressed by the high-pressure fuel pump. Step 2 Fuel enters the common rail accumulator. Step 3 The Engine Control Unit (ECU) calculates injection timing and fuel quantity. Step 4 The injector solenoid receives an electrical signal. Step 5 The injector needle valve lifts. Step 6 Pressurized diesel fuel is atomized through precision nozzle holes. Step 7 Ultra-fine fuel droplets mix with compressed air.
